ALL PURCHASES
1. Returns within 10 days for store credit only. Mary D's does not issued cash or check refunds, nor do we credit charge cards.
2. No returns or exchanges on sale items. All items which have any offer, discount, or free merchandise included or attached are considered sale items.
3. No returns or exchanges on lay-away or on-order items.
4. Returns allowed only in Original condition, Unopened, With Receipt.
5. Mary D's will not accept returns on items which have been exposed to cigarette/any kind of smoke.

MAIL ORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS
1. Deposits are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferrable. No Exceptions.
2. For Return of Regular-Price goods to Mary D's, you must call or e-mail within 3 days of receiving item.
3. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt, returned in same condition as shipped, and must be received at Mary D's within 10 days of notification.
4. Damaged-in-shipping items Must be Reported to UPS (or Post Office/whichever carrier delivered to you) by Customer upon receipt of damaged package.
5. Shipping outside Continental USA will be Air Mail, unless otherwise requested, with $5.00 Additional Service Charge for Packing & Delivery to USPS (United States Postal Service). This service charge is added to Actual Cost of Shipping.

LAY-AWAY POLICIES
1. Minimum amount eligible for Lay-away Plan is $250.00.
2. From $250.00 to $400.00, lay-away payments are Auto-Charge Only 1/2 down, 1/2 in 30 days.
3. Over $500.00, lay-away payments are Auto-Charge Only 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, 1/3 in 60 days.
4. Lay-away payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable. If a Lay-away is Cancelled at Any Time, Deposits & Payments are Forfeited.
