ALL PURCHASES
1. Returns within 10 days for store credit only. Mary D's does not issued cash or check refunds, nor do we credit charge cards.
2. Returns allowed only in Original condition, Unopened, With Receipt.
3. Mary D's will not accept returns on items which have been exposed to cigarette/any kind of smoke.
4. Damaged-in-shipping items Must be Reported to USPS (Post Office or whichever carrier delivered to you) by Customer upon receipt of damaged package.
5. Shipping outside Continental USA will be Air Mail, unless otherwise requested, with $5.00 Additional Service Charge for Packing & Delivery to USPS (United States Postal Service). This service charge is added to Actual Cost of Shipping.

Mary D's will check emails every Friday and ship orders every Monday. If you order on a Monday, your package will not ship until the following Monday. Mary D's is in the process of closing out our business after 29 years and we only have one person working on a very part time basis!! Thank you for your understanding and your business!

If any items are unavailable you will be notified by email within 6 business days. Shipping charges are for Continental USA. Shipping outside Continental USA will incur additional charges.
